Nevertheless, most of them still adopt the wrong approach about SN: indeed, they must be aware that social is more than communication just like the Internet is more than a medium. In this perspective, the seminar aims at supporting, through case studies, executives in understanding how to set up a social infrastructure which contributes to increase the (product) brand equity.
